A Gold support subscription is the right fit for getting full support for your group, department, or entire company for a Python environment with all the trimmings (NumPy, SciPy, IPython, Matplotlib, Chaco, Mayavi, Traits, and much more).
The bug-fix and "How-do-I" support are intended to allow your group to fully utilize the productivity-enhancing capabilities of EPD. They provide the ability for anyone in your supported group to call us or email us with either a bug-fix request or a question about best practices in using anything from a core set of libraries contained within EPD (NumPy, SciPy, Chaco, Traits, etc.). There is no pre-set limit of requests that can be asked by your group and we will respond to an email within 1 hour for emails received during business hours and in the next business day for emails received during off hours. We want you to be totally comfortable using EPD to solve your most difficult problems.
Gold suppport subscriptions start at $990 per user per year with a 10 license minimum. Additional gold-level supported users can be added in increments of 3.
