Payment

Enthought accepts payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or company check. Until a form of payment is received, the student's space in the course cannot be guaranteed. Payment must be received in full prior to the start date of the course.

Cancellation, Substitutions, & Refunds

If you choose to cancel your registration, your payment will be refunded according to the cancellation date:

  • Cancellation more than 14 days prior to the course start date will result in a a full refund, less 5% handling.
  • Cancellation 8-14 days prior to the course start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If we are able to fill your spot from our waiting list, you will receive a full refund, less 5% handling.
  • Cancellations received less than 8 days prior to the course start date will not receive a refund.

Student substitutions are accepted at any time.

In the unlikely event that we must cancel the course for any reason, we will provide a 100% refund of your payment.

Group Discounts

If you have more than 3 students interested in a course, you might consider a Custom Course at your location. Please contact us at info@enthought.com for available dates and pricing.
