Picture of Jonathan March

Jonathan studied math and physics at Swarthmore College, and did graduate work in math at San Francisco State. He has created and supported scientific software in over a dozen languages, from assemblers to Python, since lab computers were refrigerator-sized.

He was the PI of an SBIR grant, creating sleep EEG research analysis software for labs on four continents. His collaboration at UCSF and UCD led to fundamental insights into the nature of sleep homeostasis and of schizophrenia.

Jonathan loves curious minds of all ages, language, mathematics, cooking, walking, mountains, oceans, dogs, and peaceful action on all scales.
