ENTHOUGHT BRIEFING:
Next Generation Materials Informatics

The rapid evolution of Artificial Intelligence is set to redefine the landscape of R&D in materials science and chemistry, particularly in high-stakes areas such as battery technologies, semiconductors, biochemicals, specialty chemicals, and advanced materials. For R&D and product leaders, the promise of AI lies not just in its ability to accelerate research but in its potential to revolutionize how innovation is achieved.

Specifically, leaders from the C-Suite to the materials lab are rightfully looking for AI to:

  • accelerate product development
  • maximize resources
  • remove bottlenecks
  • enhance long-term innovation
  • support data-driven decision-making

Despite the immense potential, many companies struggle with their existing AI initiatives or are unsure of how best to start them.

This briefing is designed for those at the forefront of R&D and product development who are seeking strategic advantages in today's competitive market.

We explore how recent breakthroughs in AI could be applied to chemical and materials product design to overcome traditional barriers—like steep learning curves, limited datasets, and constrained IT infrastructure—and unlock new opportunities for innovation. U.S.-based Enthought expert, Dr. Michael Connell, delves into how emerging techniques that utilize AI to train AI are democratizing AI for science-based research, enabling faster model training with fewer data requirements and opening new avenues for impactful R&D.

Join us and position your organization for early access to unprecedented opportunities for breakthroughs in materials science and product development.
