Randy (Katsunori) Mizogami

Randy holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Kwansei Gakuin University, in Hyogo, Japan, and has studied Marketing at Mount Royal College in Alberta, Canada.

Prior to joining Enthought, Randy was Country Head for DigitalRoute, a global data management company, and played a pivotal role in the company’s success.

Randy possesses a forward-thinking mindset and has excelled in leadership positions within the global technology markets. He serves as a key member of the executive team at Enthought, spearheading expansion efforts in Japan. His passion for challenging the status quo and executing innovative solutions is proven in the global business landscape.

Randy embraces an active lifestyle, allowing him to bring his best to both his personal and professional endeavors. He dedicates his spare time to outdoor activities, with a particular passion for running and biking to work.

ミゾガミ　カツノリ

溝上は関西学院大学（兵庫県西宮市）にて商学部経営卒業、その間カナダに渡り、アルバータ州マウント・ロイヤル・カレッジでマーケティング課程を修了。

2023年エンソート入社以前は、世界的なデータ管理会社であるDigitalRouteのカントリーヘッドを務め、同社の成功に極めて重要な役割を果たしました。

溝上は常に先進的な考え方を持ち、これまで様々なグローバルテクノロジー企業でリーダー的ポジションを務め、優れた実績を残してきました。これからはエンソート経営陣の重要な一員として、日本事業の拡大に向け陣頭指揮をとっていきます。現状から脱却し、革新的なソリューションを実現する彼の情熱はこれまで多くのビジネスシーンで証明されてきました。

プライベートではアクティブなライフスタイルを取り入れ、ビジネスだけでなくベストを尽くすことを本分にしています。休みの日のランニングや自転車での通勤はこれから特に力を入れていくようです。
